Farewill

Farewill are reimagining the way we deal with death, and I’ve helped them on a few projects for their wills and funerals products. Speaking with customers (and celebrants) who were currently planning a funeral for a loved one, I developed insights about what it means to celebrate a life, in death. My insights and strategic recommendations fed into Farewill’s product strategy and positioning ‘A brighter Funeral’.
